ABF Freight System, Inc.® Announces President's Quality Award Winners FORT SMITH, Ark., June 1 -- ABF Freight System, Inc.® has announced that four customer service centers will receive the President's Quality Award for outstanding achievement. ABF President and CEO, David Stubblefield, will make the presentations at an award ceremony at each of the facilities. The service centers selected are located in Elmira, NY, Lancaster, PA, Long Beach, CA, and Little Rock, AR. Awards are based on operational performance, revenue growth, overall team execution, and nominations by Regional Vice Presidents.
