"Improving service quality is a top priority while maintaining our excellence in safety."

Andy's commitment to quality on both the personal and professional level is reflected in his 27 accident-free years of city driving. On the issue of safety, the Louisville, Kentucky city driver says, "We have to be alert at all times and expect the unexpected. We have to be defensive drivers."

The Louisville native has always felt that projecting a positive image was important. He has said numerous times that a driver's performance and attitude matter.

Andy was a member of the 1993, 1994, and 1996 ABF Road Teams and the 1996 America's Road Team, as well as being named Kentucky's 1996 Driver of the Year. He won first place in the 3-Axle Division in the 1994 Kentucky state truck driving championship. He devotes numerous hours to the activities of his children, is a deacon, Sunday School coordinator/teacher, school board member, and supporter of Optimist Club speech competitions.
