Ms. McReynolds has served as Chairman of the Board of ABF and President and Chief Executive Officer of ABF’s parent company, Arkansas Best, since January 2010. Her career with Arkansas Best began in 1997. From February 2006 until January 2010, Ms. McReynolds served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Arkansas Best, directing the treasury, accounting, and executive compensation functions for the company, as well as shareholder and investor relations. She served as Vice President and Controller from January 2000 until January 2006. She also served as the Controller of the Company from July 1998 until December 1999. A 1985 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Ms. McReynolds joined the Company as Director of Corporate Accounting in June 1997. |

Roy Slagle became ABF President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2012. During his 35 years with ABF, he has also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President Administration and Treasurer, Vice President and Treasurer, and Regional Vice President of Sales. Mr. Slagle’s early years with the company included a variety of field operations positions in Ohio and Pennsylvania. |
