| Robert Davidson |

| | Mr. Davidson, who began his career with ABF® in 1972, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2003. He became Vice President of Pricing in 1982, and added the title of Vice President of Marketing in 1997. Mr. Davidson earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Since 2006, Mr. Davidson also has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas Best Corporation. He became Arkansas Best's President and Chief Operating Officer in 2005. He was named to the Arkansas Best Board of Directors in 2004. ABF is Arkansas Bests largest subsidiary.

|  | Mr. Baltz oversees pricing, rating, strategic planning, market development, and specialized supply-chain services. He joined ABF in 1989 as a Pricing Analyst. He became Director of Marketing and Public Relations in 1997 and Vice President of Marketing and Pricing in 2004. |  | Mr. Kemp is responsible for terminal and linehaul operations, equipment procurement and maintenance, real estate management, industrial relations, and oversight of engineering, safety, and security initiatives. He joined ABF in 1969 as a Management Trainee after earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Kemp has completed the Advanced Transportation/Logistics Management Executive Program at Northwestern University. |  | Mr. Slagle directs local and national sales operations, as well as advertising, marketing, and public relations initiatives. He began his ABF career as an Operations Supervisor more than 30 years ago. He became Regional Vice President of Sales in 1989 and Vice President and Treasurer in 1995, adding the title of Vice President of Administration in 2000.
