You may ship to/from any number of customers, suppliers and vendors. You can now easily manage their information online with My Contacts. After turning on the Auto-load My Contacts feature of myABF for the first time, your contact list will automatically be updated with contact information from the previous three months of shipment activity. Every day after that initial setup, your online contacts database will automatically be updated every time you ship with someone new.
- Go to the myABF page. The myABF link is available on every page in the top left corner, next to the ABF logo. You'll need to be logged on to the site to use myABF.

- Select Auto-load My Contacts from the myABF categories.
- Select Turn on auto-load feature. You may always return to this page to turn off the auto-load feature.
Now, with the auto-load feature on, you may filter reports (e.g., Status Reports, Historical Reports) based on a single contact or quickly complete an online form (e.g., Bill of Lading, Pickup Request) with your automatically updated My Contacts database. For example, in the consignee section below, you may simply enter the first few letters of the company name and click Lookup My Contact. If a single match is found, the form will be filled in for you. If multiple matches are found, you will be prompted to select from a list of contacts.

You may also click View All Contacts and select from your list of contacts. You may update this contact database manually as well by entering one contact at a time or by uploading a file of contacts to the database.
