[Go To Next Section] [Return to Main Site Tour Menu]

Left-Side Menu

If you have not made a selection of your favorite tools (see next section below), the left-side menu will change based on your tool usage. For example, if you use the Document Retrieval tool the most, it will appear at the top of the menu. Other frequently used tools will also appear.

To access other tools, simply hover over “All Tools >>” and click on the tool’s link.

Selection of Favorite Tools

Since the introduction of myABF in 1999, customers have been able to select their favorite tools. This option is still available from myABF. Tool selections now appear on every page in the left-side, menu bar. Just follow these steps to make a selection:

  1. Go to the myABF page. The myABF link is available on every page in the top left corner, next to the ABF logo. You'll need to be logged on to the site to use myABF.

  2. Select “Customize the ABF Home Page” from the myABF categories.
  3. Make your selections from the list provided by clicking on the checkbox to the right of each tool. Note that you may also add content sections (e.g., weather) to the ABF home page.
  4. Click “Save Changes”.

Header & Footer Navigation

From every page you have a number of options to help you navigate the site, get contact information, and print or e-mail content. At the top of the page, you have the following options: help – access extensive help sections for every tool on the site and access contact information to get live help; contacts – access information for various sales, operations and other contacts throughout ABF; suggestion – submit a suggestion to ABF via an online form; print – click to launch a printer-friendly version of the current page; and, e-mail – e-mail the current page’s content to multiple parties.

Located at the bottom of the page is a link to an extensive Site Map, a great resource for finding a page based on the layout of the site. Search is another option for finding content quickly. Simply enter a search term in the input field provided and click “Search”.
