This information is also available on this site through ABF's eCenter® Online Tools. The ABF Q-Family offers a complete package of computer-supported information services:

Q-RATE® for Windows

ABF's personal computer rating system which provides domestic and off-shore U.S., Canadian and Mexican rate information. In addition to calculating freight charges and producing rate sheets, it provides mileage and coverage information. Exclusive Q-RATE® features permit rating based upon the shipper's commodities and postal code lookup and selection by city. Also Available: Q-RATE for DOS

 

Q-MANAGER®

ABF's PC software package that is a complete traffic management tool. Q-Manager® provides bill of lading preparation with a minimum of keystrokes, automated rating using the ABF 504 Tariff and case label production. In addition, Q-Manager produces summary manifests, management reports and a daily log.

 

Q-EDI®

ABF's mainframe computer-to-computer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) System which allows for the exchange of information using the following formats.

	ANSI - 204 or 211 Bills of Lading
	ANSI - 210 Freight Bills
	ANSI - 212 Trailer Manifests
	ANSI - 214 Shipment Status
	ANSI - 820 Payment - Order Remittance

 

Q-STAT®

ABF's mainframe shipment statistical report generator. Working through their sales rep, a customer can specify report shaping options as well as the data to be included in the report, allowing for customization of their shipment information. Available on paper, diskette or e-mail.

 

Q-FAX®

Delivers status information directly to your fax machine. Reports can be scheduled for a daily or weekly transmission. Now available via e-mail.

 

Q-LINE®

ABF's nationwide touch-tone telephone communication link. Q-LINE® is a voice response system that allows users to communicate with the ABF computer for tracking, rates, transit times and claim status information by dialing 1-800-FOR-ABFS.
