Using the Payment History Tool      

1. Enter a shipment reference number.
2. Select a reference type from the drop-down list (retrieve payment history by ABF pro, bill of lading or purchase order number).
3. Select the currency in which to display the payment history.
4. Click the "Get Payment History" button to view the shipment’s payment history.

How current is the data in the report?

All information in the report is taken from real-time sources.

How do I contact someone if I have a question regarding the payment history on my shipment?

You may e-mail the receivable service center by clicking the service center number in the Bill Information section of the Payment History page. Also, you may call or e-mail the contact listed at the bottom of the Payment History page.
