Reports Center : Status Reports | Historical Summary | Charts & Graphs | Reports Inbox

The Reports Inbox allows you to access and maintain scheduled status and/or historical reports. You may view, download and delete completed reports. You may also edit and delete the schedule options, as well as suspend or activate scheduled reports.

Step by Step Guide
To access this feature, you must be logged on to the site. You may request a password or logon now.

  1. To view a delivered report in your Completed Reports section, simply click on the report name or "View".
  2. Reports delivered to your inbox may be deleted at any time. You may also designate reports to be automatically deleted at the time you schedule a report.
  3. To review the setup, format and options of a report, simply click the report name within the Scheduled Reports list.
  4. To edit the schedule options of a report, just click on the "Edit" link.
  5. The delivery of reports may be suspended by clicking on the "Suspend" link. Suspended reports may be activated again by clicking on the "Activate" link.
  6. To completely delete the scheduling of a report, click on the "Delete" link. You may schedule a status report or a historical report by clicking on the corresponding links below the form.

  1. Status reports may be setup for daily, weekly or monthly delivery. Historical reports share these options and also allow for delivery based on a quarterly and yearly cycle.
  2. Daily reports may be setup to delivery twice a day at any designated time. Weekly reports may be setup by the day of week at a specific time. Monthly reports may be setup to be delivered on the first day, last day or on a specific day of the month. Quarter reports on delivered on the first day of the quarter (for January, April, July and October). Yearly reports are delivered on the first day of the year.
  3. Reports may be sent to an e-mail address, to the online Reports Inbox or both.
  4. If receiving a report by e-mail, you may want to designate the maximum file size that your server or e-mail client will receive (you may need to check with your IT department). Report size is directly proportional with the number of shipments in the report. Reports that exceed this size will not be delivered to your e-mail, but will, instead, be sent to the Reports Inbox.
  5. Select the report format to be sent by selecting standard e-mail, ASCII, Excel file, or a PDF file.
  6. Historical reports may be saved in the Reports Inbox for one month up to two years. Status reports may be saved for one week up to three months.
  7. You may send reports by e-mail to up to three recipients.

Click "Schedule" to submit your request or "Cancel" exit without changing the report schedule options.

    Common Questions

How current is the data that is presented in the report?
Completed reports contain the data that was available at the time the report was created. Consult the "Date / Time" column of the Completed Reports list. To create reports with current data, use the status and historical reporting tools.

Why can't I find my report in the Completed Reports list?
There are a few possible reasons why a report may not appear in the Completed Reports list:
    • The report is not being stored in the Reports Inbox. Find the schedule for that report in the Scheduled Reports list. If the "Deliver To" column says "E-mail", the report is being e-mailed to you when it is created without storing a copy in the Reports Inbox. If you would like to store a copy of the report in the Reports Inbox, change the "Provide Report Via" delivery option of the schedule to either "Reports Inbox" or "Reports Inbox and E-mail". You can change the schedule options of a report at any time by clicking on the "edit" link in the Scheduled Reports list.
    • The report is too old. Status reports can be stored in the Reports Inbox for a maximum of three months. Historical reports can be stored for up to two years. Check the delivery options of the schedule to ensure that you have set the "Store Reports in Inbox for" option to an adequate length of time. You can change the schedule options of a report at any time by clicking on the "edit" button in the Scheduled Reports list.
    • The report has been deleted. At any time, a completed report can be deleted from the Reports Inbox by you.
    • No shipments matched the report criteria at the time the report was created.

Why am I not receiving my report by e-mail?
There are a few possible reasons why you may not be receiving a copy of a scheduled report via e-mail:
    • The report is not scheduled to be e-mailed to you. Check the schedule delivery options of the report. In the Scheduled Reports list, if the "Deliver To" column says "Inbox", a report is being stored in the Reports Inbox without the e-mail option. Change the "Provide Report Via" delivery option of the schedule to either "Reports Inbox and E-mail" or "E-mail". You can change the schedule options of a report at any time by clicking on the "edit" link in the Scheduled Reports list.
    • Your e-mail address is incorrect. Check the Contact Information E-mail address of the schedule by clicking on the "edit" link for that report in the Scheduled Reports list.
    • The schedule is not active. In the "Actions" column of the Schedule Report list, you can activate or suspend the scheduled execution of a report. Scheduled reports may automatically be suspended if you do not respond to a renewal reminder (periodically sent by e-mail). To reactive a scheduled report, click on the "activate" link. If you do not see the "activate" link, but instead see a "suspend" link in the "Actions" column, the schedule is already active.
    • No shipments matched the report criteria at the time the report was created.
