Fuel Surcharge

The provisions of Item 161 in ABF 111 Series will not be applicable in connection with shipments moving under TimeKeeper Spot Quotes as defined in Item 4000 herein.

Shipments subject to provisions of Items 2000 and 3000, herein, will be subject to the provisions of Item 161 in ABF 111 Series.
