Time Definite Delivery Services

1)	Except to the extent provided in Specific Account Pricing, the following charges are applicable for the time definite service options contained herein.
2)	Delivery By A.M. - When a customer requests a specific delivery time by any time between 9:00 a.m. and 11:59 a.m., a 20% surcharge will be added to the total linehaul charges of the shipment.
3)	Delivery By P.M. - When a customer requests a specific delivery time by any time between noon and 4:59 p.m., a 10% surcharge will be added to the total linehaul charges of the shipment.
4)	Delivery Between Times - When a customer requests a specific delivery time between any time range, a 20% surcharge will be added to the total linehaul charges of the shipment. A one-hour window would qualify for this charge.
5)	In connection with Item 2000, specific delivery times requested on the original bill of lading prior to 5:00 p.m. for MD2 joint-line TimeKeeper shipments are not allowed.
6)	In connection with Item 2000, specific delivery times requested on the original bill of lading prior to noon for TimeKeeper shipments originating from or destined to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are not allowed.
