Create Custom Status Reports The status report tool allows you to track multiple shipments at one time. A report can also be scheduled to be sent to your email address or Reports Inbox on abf.com. You can select a custom saved report or an ABF Supplied Report from the list (1).
Example: A customer calls because a line has gone down and they need parts ASAP. You expedite the parts to your customer so you want to track the outbound (2) TimeKeeper (3) shipments. You decide to reference all shipments within the report by your bill of lading number (4). You also want to sort the shipment by due date and subtotal (5). "Full Status" is selected to view the complete status for each shipment; "Smart Links" is selected to be able to link to details like the proof of delivery for each shipment; and "Green Bar" is selected to provide a visual separator for each shipment on the report (7). You limit the report to your customer's shipments (8). You decide to view the report online (9).
The results allow you to see and do many things such as getting the shipment information, being notified via email regarding delivery, exceptions, or delays, rerouting a shipment to a different location while in-transit, viewing the consignee location information, and viewing the invoice, bill of lading, delivery receipt, and payment history for each shipment.
