Track Shipments Without the Reference Number
Tracking is used to access up-to-the-minute status information about your shipments. With the tracking tool, you don't even have to know your reference number. There are many ways to track a shipment:

By Reference Number: Enter the reference number, select the type and click "Track Shipment."

By Shipper Name: Select the name of a shipper to see all of their shipments in a single report.

By Consignee Name: Select the name of a consignee to see all of their shipments in a single report.

By Date: See your shipments in a calendar view, organized by shipment type (inbound, outbound) and date (picked up, due, delivered).

By Status: Select different statuses, like in-transit or delivered, from inbound, outbound, all or TimeKeeper shipments.

By a Previously-Tracked Shipment: See your most recent tracked shipments by placing your mouse over the tracking icon. Click on a shipment to view current tracking information.
Example:
You receive a call from Acme Manufacturing for an updated shipment status, but your contact does not have or remember the shipment reference number. You go to the Tracking page on ABF.com, click the "Consignee" tab (1), and then locate and click on "Acme Manufacturing" (2). A popup report appears listing all outbound shipments to Acme Manufacturing.
