You can submit a pickup request online via abf.com.  Once pickups are made online, you can view the pickup report.  The report includes the total number of requests.  It is then broken down into categories (awaiting, picked up, delayed, and deleted).  The report is updated with a new pickup request as soon as it is submitted on abf.com.  Pickups that have been picked up or deleted are displayed 30 days from the requested pickup date.

Viewing the Report

Click Awaiting, Picked up, Delayed or Deleted (1) to see the details on the shipments.  You can see the details by clicking the confirmation number (2).  Origin terminal information can be seen by clicking the terminal number (3).  You can view the templates for all shipments (4).  The Bill of Lading can be viewed for the awaiting and delayed pickups (5).

Sorting and Hiding Shipment Information

The shipments can also be sorted (6).  You can sort in ascending or descending order by confirmation number, create date, requested pickup date, origin, or destination.  If you sort by sections, the next time you come to the pickup report it will be sorted the way you had it the previous time.  If you want to hide a section, simply click the Hide link (7) at the top of the section.  It will not display that hidden section.  The next time you come to the pickup report, it will have the sections hidden that you had the previous time in this report.
