ABF has tools that allow you to see invoices and payment history.  You can review your invoices and resolve and questions regarding charges on the ABF freight bill.

Reviewing Invoices

Enter the pro number of the shipment to view the freight charges (1).  If you question the charges on the freight bill, enter your name (2), e-mail address (3), and phone number (4).  State what you think the charges should be (5) and enter an explanation (6).  Click Submit (7). An ABF employee will reply within an hour (7:00am - 2:00am CST, Monday thru Friday).

Payment History

Review current information from the payment history tool.  Enter a reference number (1).  Select the reference type from the drop-down menu (2).  Select the currency to display the payment history (3).  Click Get Payment History (4).
