Through the abf.com Historical Report tool, you can review your shipping trends for a specific time period, up to the past 3 years.  You can setup your report by totaling on a variety of options such as number of shipments, pieces, weight, and net charges.

Selecting an ABF Supplied Report

You want to see your shipping totals for each month for the last quarter.  Select the option from the drop-down menu (1).  Click Run Report (2).  If you want this report to be e-mailed to you, click Schedule Selected Report (3).

Customize Your Historical Report

You can be more specific on this report and limit it by more options.  Leave the type as Historical Summary (1).  Total the report by Shipments by Month (2).  Select a Subtotal By if desired (3).  All shipment types (inbound, outbound, and third party) can be included (4).  The Freight Type will remain All (5).  The date range will include shipments that are delivered from last quarter (6).  The report can be limited by specific customers, vendors, or suppliers (7).  Select the output (view online as a web page, view online as a PDF, download as Excel spreadsheet, or ASCII comma-delimited file) (8) and click Run Report (9).

As a reminder, the historical data is up-to-the-date data.  After the report is processed, you can chart a particular section of your report by simply clicking on the chart link above the section of the report you want to chart (1).  Also, after the report has been processed, you can click the column header above the totals you want to see ordered.  To display the totals in descending order (highest to lowest), click the column header (2).  To see the totals in ascending order (lowest to highest), click the column header again (3).
