Getting a Proof of Delivery

Need proof of delivery?  There are several options for viewing a delivery receipt — through Document Retrieval, Status Reports, Shipment Planner or Tracking.

Document Retrieval

The Document Retrieval tool allows you to view many different documents other than the proof of delivery including the bill of lading, weight & research certificate, weight & research picture, customs document, corrected bill of lading, contract, and reconsignment authorization. To get your document, enter a reference number (1).  Click the icon to get previously retrieved documents (2). Select the reference type (3) and the type of document (4).  The image type to download (5) can be changed or left as the default and click Get Document (6).

Status Reports

The Status Report tool allows you to view the Proof of Delivery along with other documents associated with the shipment.  Run the report and view the results.  The links will display at the bottom of each shipment.  Reports can be automated to be sent to your email or Reports Inbox when you want them - daily, weekly or monthly.

For Example:

A prior day delivered shipments report would provide links to proofs of delivery for all shipments the prior day.

Tracking

View the proof of delivery and other shipping documents on the results screen of the tracking tool.  Choose from the shipment links displayed on the screen.  Other documents are available as well.

Proof of Delivery

You can do many things once you get the Proof of Delivery.  You can make the image larger, smaller, or make it back to the original size.  The image can be rotated if needed and you can view the print friendly version of the document.  The image can also be faxed or e-mailed.
