Access Your Shipping Partners Online

You can access shipment information on all of the shipments to or from a particular customer, vendor, or supplier.  You can also get information on the parties you ship with to complete an online rate quote, bill of lading, and pickup request.  Using the My Contacts feature (in MyABF), you can access contact information for all your shipping partners.

Limit a status or historical report by a certain shipping partner by clicking Show Report Options (1) on the status report and then select a customer, vendor, or supplier under the Limit By section (2).

To select a shipping partner within rate quotes, bills of lading, or pickup requests enter in a few letters and click Lookup My Contact (3).  When a match is found, it will auto-load the form.  You can also click View My Contacts (4) to select from a list of previously saved contacts.

Example:

You have gone through your inventory and realized that you are short on a product.  You ordered more and want to track all the products coming from a specific shipper.  This allows you to see the products from the one shipper coming your way.
