Get the Status for All Your Shipments You can view status and historical reports for multiple shipment scenarios including TimeKeeper, TurnKey, volume, in-transit, delivered, inbound, outbound, paid, unpaid, and many more. With status reports, you can track, manage, and assess multiple shipments via a single report. Selecting an ABF Supplied Status Report You can select an ABF supplied report to save time: Example: You want to see a report with TimeKeeper freight only. Select the TimeKeeper shipment options (1) on the drop-down menu. Run Report (2). To modify this report, click Show Report Options (3). If you want to setup the TimeKeeper report to be emailed to you, click Schedule Selected Report (4).
Customize Your Status Report
You can be more specific on the TimeKeeper report above and limit it by more options. All shipment types (inbound, outbound and third party) can be included (1). The freight type will remain TimeKeeper (2). Reference the shipments by pro number (3) and sort using many different options (4). Select a date range (5) and any other options you want displayed on the results (6). The report can be limited by specific customers, vendors, or suppliers (7). Select the output: view online as a web page, view online in frame, view online in a new window, download as Excel spreadsheet, download as ASCII comma-delimited file, or download as PDF file (8) and Run Report (9).
Selecting a Historical Report Historical reports allow you to see trends over a time period. Select the type of report to run (1). You can total and subtotal (2) the report by locations, company name, etc. The shipment type (3) needs to be selected (inbound, outbound, third party). Select the freight type (4) and date range (5). The report can be limited by a certain customer, vendor, or supplier (6). Select the export options (7) and Run Report (8).
Like status reports, abf.com now has some standard historical reports that can be selected and run. Click the drop-down menu to see the available reports.
