Create Multiple Bills of Lading

Do you need to create multiple bills of lading at one time? Use MultiShipment Tender to save time from manually entering each request.  Save the information to a data file like Excel and let us do the processing for you.

Use the online examples as a guide on how to enter the information.  Select the type of file you want to upload (1).  Enter the name (2) or browse to find the file (3).  Enter an email address (4) to get notifications and upload the file (5).

Once you upload the information, the pickup requests or bills of lading will be processed and you will get back the confirmation numbers via email.

MultiShipment Tender basics:

• Choose your file type.  You can upload an Excel (XLS) spreadsheet, XML file, or ASCII comma-delimited
• The file must match the file format to the following examples.  If prompted to download, select Save As and download to the local drive.    
  • Excel Example (with HEADER rows)
  • Excel Example (without HEADER rows)
    Note: Format your entire Excel spreadsheet as "Text" to prevent losing leading zeros in your data.
  • ASCII Comma-Delimited Example (with HEADER rows)
  • ASCII Comma-Delimited Example (without HEADER rows)
    Note: The ASCII comma-delimited examples may open as Excel files.  To view CSV files, open into a text editor like Notepad.
• Review descriptions of bill of lading variables that may be supplied in your file.
• Enter your e-mail address to receive notification when the upload is complete or if there was a problem in loading the information.
