Access Your Shipping Documents Getting your shipping documents is quick and easy when using the document retrieval tool. Enter your reference number(s) (1) and select the reference type (2 - ABF pro, Bill of Lading, purchase order, RMA, or other reference number). Select the document you want to view (3). If you want to get more documents by different reference types, click the link (4). Select the image type (5) or you can leave it at the default setting. Click Get Document.  Once the image is displayed, you can use the buttons at the top of the screen to adjust the image (6) and view related documents (7). If the document is not readable, report the image quality by clicking on the link (8).  Documents may also be accessed via tracking results and status reports. |
