The data file for the multi-shipment tender of bills of lading can consist of several different fields, each containing information specific for processing each bill of lading. Below is an explanation of each section as well as a description of every field available for that section. Fields that are required are in Red. All other fields are optional.

The following is a brief description of each field available for the ACCOUNT information.

	FIELD	DESCRIPTION
	ACCOUNT	Your 6-digit ABF account number.
	PASSWORD	Your 6-character ABF password.
	EMAIL	Your e-mail address.
	COMBINEPDF	"N" if you want an individual PDF document path for each BOL row with FileFormat="A" (PDF with Adobe Acrobat). All successful PDF bills of lading will be combined into one PDF unless this is set to an "N". This also applies to shipping label documents.
	TEST	"Y" if you are testing and do not want to create actual bills of lading or shipping labels. If testing, "BOL0000000" will be returned for each successful bill of lading request or "LAB0000000" for each successful shipping label request rather than the actual documents.
